Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Creature Colosseum account, made by Lucky Cluck Games, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@luckycluckgames.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Include your player name and the sign-in method you use (username, Apple, Google, or Discord). If possible, send it from the email address linked to that sign-in.
- We may reply to confirm the account is yours (for example, by asking you to sign in and tell us a detail shown on your Account screen).
- We delete the account and confirm by email, within 30 days of verifying the request.
You can also uninstall the Game at any time, but uninstalling alone does not delete your online account.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Account and sign-in links (Unity player ID, username, Apple/Google/Discord links) | Deleted |
| Player name, profile, settings and cloud saves | Deleted |
| Gameplay stats, match history, friends and challenges, open 24-hour games | Deleted; open games are ended |
| Virtual currency (Crowns) and items | Permanently forfeited; not refundable |
| Analytics and diagnostic data linked to your account | Deleted or de-identified |
| Support emails | Deleted within 90 days after your request is closed |
What we may keep
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, purchase receipts, if purchases are ever offered), kept only as long as required.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you (for example, how often a creature is picked).
- Your past moves inside other players’ finished match histories, shown without your account details.
- Backups held by our service providers, which roll off within their normal retention periods.
Unlink sign-in providers
Deleting your account removes our link to Apple, Google or Discord. You can also revoke access on their side: Apple ID > Sign in with Apple, your Google Account > Third-party connections, or Discord > User Settings > Authorized Apps.
